PWADC is providing its members with free consultation about labor and employment matters (such as policy questions, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions). These services are being provided by the outstanding Labor and Employment Law firm of Lehr, Middlebrooks, and Vreeland, P.C. The warehouse is paying the retainer for these services so they are provided at no charge to the retailer. The retainer covers unlimited telephone and e-mail consultation for all members and any incidental document review (e.g. attorney letters, applicable policies,etc.) and research. If a member requests more detailed research, formal legal opinions, or response to administrative investigation or legal processes (e.g. EEOC charges, OSHA citations and lawsuits), the retailer will then be billed separately. This service is only available to members of PWADC.
